To preserve edition numbers and limited edition qantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. As each artwork is custom made-to-order, the 14-day cooling-off period under EU law does not apply to these purchases. But if the content of the order is incorrect or damaged in transit or faulty, please contact:
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Products deemed to be damaged or have any other issues upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 14 days of recieving the product, and the item must be returned within 30 days of reciept in it's original packaging. Please be aware any items listed "made by hand and unique, may have minor imperfections, and these are an intended part of the process". Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement of any damaged items, especially items listed with "minor imperfections" will be at the sole discretion of STUDIO CESART. If the "minor imperfections" are consistent with the majority of products sold, a replacement will not be accepted. The artwork sold on studiocesart.com is part of tactile process therefor buyers accept that "minor imperfections" are part of the creation process.

Our artworks are created using materials that naturally form unique cracks and textures. These natural formations are an inherent part of the artwork and are not considered damage. Prior to purchase, all details are clearly visible in the provided images. STUDIO CESART does not offer refunds for disputes related to these natural characteristics.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
